Scorecard

In only his second game wielding Mars Cricket gear, our new signing Iftikhar Ahmed has hit a massive 131 not out in the Regional One Day Cup Final in Karachi to lift the title.

Iftikhar and his partner, Ali, took the score from 45 for 2 in the 12th over and propelled Peshawar to 321 with an unbroken 276-run stand – the highest for any wicket this season.

Iftikhar had a good time with the ball as well picking up 3 wickets for 12 runs in the first innings. Overall, an all-round match winning performance!

Many congratulation to him and the Peshawar team. We look forward to seeing Iftikhar next for Peshawar Zalmi in PSL2 which begins in Dubai on the 9th February.
