Click the Checkout button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Under the order summary click “Enter promo code” then type your voucher code into the box and click ‘Apply’.

Online shop vouchers are only valid for use on products that are part of a promotion or campaign, so check whether the relevant promotion is still running. Also, vouchers are not valid in combination with other promotions, and retail store vouchers can’t be used in the online shop.

It depends on which type of voucher you use. Vouchers that give you a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) will be replaced if you return (part of) your order. Monetary amount vouchers (e.g. €10) will only be replaced in case of return of your full order. If you return part of your order, you will only receive a replacement for the monetary amount applied to that specific product.

Your invoice gives you a breakdown of the split of monetary amount discount across the products you ordered.
